What We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative but autonomous environment, with a passion for crafting exceptional homes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Translate concept designs into thorough documentation across SD, DD, and CD stages

· Produce detailed working drawings and high-end documentation for bespoke residential projects

· Coordinate structural and service information

· Liaise with consultants, builders, and other stakeholders

· Resolve on-site issues and support construction services

· Maintain clear and professional communication across all project phases

Required Skills & Experience

· Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent (AU-based)

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on high-end single residential homes

· Proficient in Revit (non-negotiable)

· Familiar with Lumion

· Sound knowledge of construction detailing, materials, finishes, BCA/NCC, and Australian Standards
