We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Draftsperson to join our close-knit team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position is to someone who enjoys working across a variety of project types and stages, from concept to completion. You will work directly with senior team members and the studio principal in a collaborative environment that encourages growth, initiative, and professional input.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed construction documentation and technical drawings

Produce high-quality town planning documentation and presentation material

Coordinate consultant drawings and liaise with external stakeholders

Assist with client communications and liaising with relevant authorities

Contribute to design development and ensure accuracy of all documentation

Apply a working knowledge of BCA, NCC, Australian Standards, and local planning controls

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in architectural drafting or design

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Strong technical skills and attention to detail in documentation

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience across various project sectors is a plus
