We’re seeking a skilled Revit Documenter or Architectural Technician with strong documentation experience and a sharp eye for detail. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality construction documentation for multi-storey residential projects, collaborating closely with project leads and consultants from early stages through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and efficient documentation using Revit
• Work across multiple stages, particularly design development and construction documentation
• Collaborate with a team of architects and consultants
• Ensure documentation aligns with building codes, standards, and project specifications
• Coordinate technical aspects of multi-storey residential projects

You will have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within architecture or drafting
• Strong Revit skills with a portfolio showcasing documentation of multi-residential buildings
• Solid understanding of BCA/NCC, construction detailing, and building services coordination
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
