You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients major heavy vehicle fleet customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you’ll liaise directly with clients, take bookings, manage updates, coordinate vehicle movements, road test vehicles, and provide seamless customer handovers. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver a premium level of service will be key to your success. Located in the Laverton Area.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring prior experience in a dealership or workshop service environment, ideally working with heavy vehicles or fleet accounts. You’ll be a confident communicator, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus. A current HR driver’s licence is required—or we can assist in arranging this for the right candidate.
