With the expansive growth of the business, you will head the Service division as they expand, and create a blueprint for operations. Your new role

Your new role will see you reporting to the Client Services Manager, working 7.30am – 4.30pm (approximately / can be flexible). You will be working in a factory and on the role in this diverse opportunity, as no two days will look the same. Purely dependent on client requirements you will work Monday to Friday, very rarely will you work a Saturday. If needed – it will be paid at overtime rates.

You may have one day working in the factory adhering to working on the equipment, working with Engineering on prototyping and development, with the next day adhering to a full day of service jobs.

What you need to succeed

• Plumbing trade with ability to show current insurances etc;
• Proven background in the commercial kitchen and service industry;
• Ability to work autonomously and confident customer facing skills;
• Be highly organised and have the ability to work across varied systems to report on diagnostics, and overall maintenance findings; and
• Working with a growing organisation with an international presence, it is key that you are flexible with day-to-day requirements and looking to grow as the Melbourne service side grows – leadership potential for Melbourne local operations.
