General Maintenance / Cleaner

Popular 4.5 star Resort seeking an experienced enthusiastic self motivated person to undertake the building cleaning and general maintenance duties.

This is a casual position approx. 25 – 30 hours per week working on a rotational roster including one (occasional two) weekend days. Additional hours during school holidays and staff annual leave coverage may be required.

Duties:

· Common Area Cleaning

· Facility Cleaning

· Waste & Recycle Bin Management

· Window Cleaning

· Pool, Spa & Water Feature Maintenance (previous knowledge is advantageous)

· Gardening

· General repairs & maintenance within rooms and to common property areas

· Building management support

Similar Holiday Apartment/ Shopping Centre maintenance experience highly preferred
