We're Hiring: Park Operations Attendant

We’re on the lookout for a superstar to join us as a Park Operations Attendant. Your mission? To provide a warm, friendly, and unforgettable magical experience for our guests while meeting their needs and expectations throughout their stay.

What You'll Do:

• Guest escorts
• Assisting guests with day-to-day requirements
• Ensuring bins are rotated and emptied
• Overall assistance of general tiredness tidiness
• General maintenance jobs
• Pool treatment
• Grounds Care
• Problem Solving
• Assistance in the other departments as needed

What You’ll Need:

• To be able to obtain a Blue Card (working with children)
• Excellent communicator
• Be able to assist guests in reversing a caravan on to tight sites
• Open (manual) driver's license
• Experience in a similar hands-on property park operations and maintenance role
• A polite and friendly nature with a can-do attitude to deal with guest enquires
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Effective problem resolutions
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, school holidays
