About the role

As APS5 Graphic Designer, you'll lead the creation of clear, consistent and accessible design products across both print and digital channels. You’ll support strategic initiatives, contribute to reform priorities, and help expand the creative reach of the agency. From campaign materials to internal tools and templates, your work will be key to shaping how messages are delivered.

What you’ll do

• Design high-quality communications products across multiple formats (print, digital, social)
• Ensure visual outputs are WCAG-compliant, user-friendly and on-brand
• Provide expert creative advice on campaigns and strategic communications
• Develop and improve branded templates for internal and external use
• Maintain a strong creative standard and contribute to process improvements

What you’ll bring

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design and relevant tertiary qualifications
