About the role:
This is your chance to lead meaningful provider engagement initiatives that influence sector reform and service delivery improvements. In this role, you'll combine strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and communication expertise to build relationships, resolve challenges and contribute to broader system development.

What you will do:

• Drive engagement and education activities across the provider sector
• Collaborate with carers, service organisations, and government partners
• Develop high-quality content for web, reports and communication materials
• Oversee complex stakeholder issues and provider transitions
• Supervise junior staff and contribute to team development
• Draft reports, briefs, and ministerial correspondence
• Support evaluation of engagement strategies and sector improvement initiatives

• Experience leading stakeholder engagement in complex environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence navigating challenging conversations with professionalism
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to supervise, coach and support team performance
