Our Exciting Opportunity
We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our small yet dynamic team to be a true creative partner. This role is about more than just execution; we want to work with someone who actively lifts our visual identity with bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and confident creative problem solving. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and art director, who sets the overall creative direction, but you’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas forward, design within the brand’s aesthetic, and contribute to pushing the creative in new, elevated, and thoughtful ways.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conceptualise and create standout eDMs each week- for our wholesale (B2B) audience and for our direct-to-consumer (B2C) community. From layout, copy to image selection to final polish, you'll craft emails that are eye catching, engaging, and ready to convert.

Design eye-catching social media assets (including video and GIFs), web banners, seasonal catalogues, and line sheets that capture attention and reflect our brand’s style.

Create packaging elements for new products, along with other brand and event collateral that bring our visual identity to life.

Work within existing templates and brand guidelines to maintain consistency and deliver high-quality designs across all channels.

Collaborate on additional creative projects as needed to keep the brand fresh, exciting, and visually compelling.

Strong digital design skills with a keen eye for lifestyle, fashion, and ecommerce aesthetics.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet weekly deadlines with incredible attention to detail.

A strong sense of visual storytelling, with the confidence to contribute fresh ideas and push the brand creatively.

Your Experience

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital graphic design role, ideally within the lifestyle or fashion industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.

Familiarity with web design best practices and experience creating assets for digital platforms.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

A proven track record of delivering high-quality, on-brand designs.

A passion for staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
