Administration / Receptionist – Karratha

We are a family-owned and operated business based in the Karratha, seeking a Local Administration/Receptionist to join our growing team.
About the role:
- Front of house reception and customer service
- Answering phones, greeting customers and suppliers
- Processing sales, invoices, and assisting with basic accounts
- Supporting the team with general administration tasks
- Assisting with sales and enquiries (training provided)
About you:
✔️ Previous experience in front-of-house reception and administration
✔️ Confident phone manner and excellent customer service skills
✔️ Basic sales experience and willingness to learn
✔️ Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
✔️ Friendly, positive attitude and a team player
