The role we are offering is a temp role for approx 3 weeks to fill in for a permanent employee who is on leave.
We need someone who is good on the phone, organised and used to a busy solo role.
We are a small service based company servicing and installing garage doors where most of the staff are on the road and you would be required to work without supervision.
The main duties are answering the phone, checking email and booking in service jobs, organising the staff calendar, writing invoices and ordering parts. Occasionally dealing with walk in customers.
Ideally candidate would need to start immediately to allow for a hand over before staff member is away from Monday 21 July.
Hrs: 8:30 -4:30 Monday to Friday
Must have ABN as a contractor.
