Our client is an area landmark multi-franchised new car dealership located in the Blacktown area of Sydney. They seek an experienced and senior F&I or Business Manager to assist in delivering exceptional customer service and strong result for their Used Car Sales Department. This is a rare opportunity to sell in real volume, in state of the art facilities and earn a very strong income. Strong career progression opportunities and a supportive management structure await the successful candidate.

In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous experience as a Business / F&I Manager, gained within a new car dealership environment. Customer facing finance sales from financial institutions will also be considered. You are organised, possess the ability and desire to achieve and exceed targets and KPI's and are looking for a long term, career opportunity. You are well presented, hold customer satisfaction above all else, and are not afraid to chase down every lead.

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $70k (Neg) + Com + Car / Allowance + Super. Averaging 80 odd deals per month.
