About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at a pivotal moment as we rebuild our infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of legacy systems while designing and implementing a modern, secure, and scalable IT environment. You’ll work closely with Software Engineers, DevOps, and Technical Leads to drive innovation and influence strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)

Manage and secure AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC)

Lead endpoint management across Windows and macOS using Intune and JAMF

Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with data protection laws

Oversee Help Desk operations and provide technical leadership across IT projects

Automate infrastructure tasks using Terraform, PowerShell, and Python

Maintain disaster recovery plans, backups, and business continuity strategies

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, curious, and outcome-driven. You will have an eagerness to take on and overcome any challenge thrown at you!

Specifically we are looking for

5+ years in IT systems administration or infrastructure leadership

Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and AWS cloud services

Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)

Familiarity with identity federation (SAML, OIDC), ITIL practices, and endpoint management tools

Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
