Operating multiple brands including Atom (lighting and air), Ektor (emergency lighting), and Evolt manufacturing (Australian Manufacturing), we serve customers across Australia and New Zealand. We're seeking a dedicated IT Professional to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure across our manufacturing operations and multi-state workforce.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update IT infrastructure for employees across Australia and New Zealand

Provide first response IT support to employees across various departments, locations, and business units

Manage multiple servers and operating systems across multiple locations

Manage and optimize infrastructure at our Wacol manufacturing facility, Brisbane southside office, and Sydney office

Support IT operations across multiple brands

Lead IT-related system administration projects from conception to implementation

Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across manufacturing, office, and remote work environments

What We're Looking For

Experience with hypervisors and virtualization technologies

Experience configuring routers such as FortiGate and/or Meraki

Familiarity with Office 365/Azure services such as exchange, Entra and/or Intune.

Strong Linux system administration skills

Proven track record in IT infrastructure management and maintenance

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Strong communication skills for providing user support

Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT requirements
