We’re seeking a Compliance Manager – AML/CTF Programs to lead key elements of financial crime and regulatory compliance operations in Australia.

You’ll play a hands-on role maintaining the AML/CTF program, managing AUSTRAC reporting, and driving regulatory change initiatives across the business.

You’ll work with a collaborative, high-performing legal and compliance team and partner with stakeholders across operations, legal, product, and risk. This is a unique opportunity to help shape compliance culture while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and enhance the AML/CTF compliance program in line with AUSTRAC obligations
• Lead regulatory reporting and support audits, testing, and risk assessments
• Drive the implementation of regulatory change initiatives and compliance frameworks
• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs across business units
• Provide expert advice on AML/CTF matters to internal teams and projects

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in AML/CTF or financial crime compliance
• Strong knowledge of AUSTRAC legislation and regulatory reporting
• Experience managing compliance frameworks or risk programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Relevant qualifications in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field (ACAMS/GRC a plus)

The role is fully remote, with the option to work from Sydney or Melbourne offices if preferred.
