Restore Function Physiotherapy is hiring a Senior Receptionist!

We’re looking for a full-time team member with experience in a fast-paced Physiotherapy, Allied Health or Medical clinic. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and taking the next step in their career.

The Role

This role is DYNAMIC and we offer training in areas that you would like to learn or up-skill in. You will have the autonomy to make this role your own. Our number one expectation is that our patient’s come first!

What we are looking for:

Experience as a receptionist in an Allied Health/Physiotherapy Clinic is essential

Knowledge of practice management software (Nookal in particular is advantageous)

Friendly, bubbly personality with strong people skills

Passionate about helping others and using initiative

Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills

Able to work autonomously with high attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Your day to day:

Responsible for diary management of Physios to meet set targets and KPIs

Leading the reception team, training and supporting them as required

Meet and greet of patients in clinic

Assisting with invoicing, receipting and billing, including private invoicing, HICAPS, Medicare, DVA and Workcover

Ensuring stock and miscellaneous is ordered for the clinic

General administrative duties

Helping to create an amazing environment for our patients
