Allsports Parkwood is located on Napper Rd in Parkwood on the Gold Coast. We have a huge clinic footprint, with access to innovative technology including Pilates, VALD force decks and force frames, ESWT and ultrasound.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.

Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.

Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

About You

We are seeking someone who:

Has Full Australian Working Rights.

Has minimum 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare or reception role (advantageous).

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Is proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new software.
