About the Opportunity

AMSANT is looking for a full-time Finance Manager based in Darwin, NT. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Manager will lead AMSANT’s financial strategy, ensuring transparency, compliance, and clarity for the organisation, funding bodies, and the board.

Ensuring AMSANT’s financial procedures and policies meet best practice standards

About You

To qualify, you will need tertiary qualifications in Accounting and be a member of CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants ANZ. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a senior finance role, including people leadership and financial reporting, is essential.

The following experience and skills will be highly regarded:

Prior experience in not-for-profit or community-controlled organisations

Confidence and diplomacy when advising executive leaders and board members

Willingness to work in the office full-time and occasionally travel to Alice Springs
