We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager, Workforce and Regional Development to lead sport and recreation initiatives across the Southern regions of the Northern Territory. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with local councils, community stakeholders, and service providers to enhance participation and improve access to structured sport and active recreation in remote communities. You’ll also manage a small regional team and be required to travel overnight to some of the most unique and beautiful areas of the NT.

Strong skills in grant management, team leadership, and report writing—paired with an understanding of the sport industry and the complexities of working in regional and remote settings—will set you up for success.
