We are seeking an experienced and driven Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial construction business delivering projects ranging from $1M to $50M across the Bendigo region. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career prospects and a supportive team culture.

The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside an experienced project delivery team across new build, refurbishment, and extension projects in sectors such as health, education, civic infrastructure, and community facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and administer head and subcontractor contracts
• Manage project cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
• Issue progress claims, variations, RFIs, and EOTs
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and company procedures

About You

• 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
• Solid knowledge of contract law, building codes, and Australian Standards
• Experience with projects valued between $1M–$50M
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills
• Proficient in construction software and document control systems
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
