Regional Pool Coordinator
(Term contract up to 2 years, full-time - 76 hours per nine-day fortnight)
Hilltops Council run 4 aquatic centres across the Local Government Area, in Young, Harden, Boorowa & Jugiong, and are seeking an experienced Aquatic manager to oversee operations at these centres and continue to deliver services to all patrons for the wellbeing of our community.
About the role
You will direct and lead a team of lifeguards in each location, providing operational support and pool supervision as well as undertaking lifeguarding as required and general maintenance. As an experienced leader, you will build the capabilities of the lifeguards under your supervision and help in creating safe work procedures and policies that can be implemented across our facilities.
This role will require work on weekends and during public holidays over the pool season (shift/penalties/allowances will apply) and we offer a competitive salary package, flexibility to work from different aquatic centres and a great blend of field and office-work for the right applicant.

Remuneration up to $100k p.a. + 12% Superannuation + allowances and shift penalties, with other entitlements under the Local Government State Award.
