Main responsibilities include:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles (Pathology Collectors)
• Partner with hiring managers across Australia to understand workforce needs
• Screen and interview candidates, schedule face-to-face interviews, and manage offers
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Work with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist on creative attraction strategies and campaigns
• Use recruitment technology like Spark Hire to streamline processes
• Maintain an active and diverse pipeline of candidates across key locations
• Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and business needs
• Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ experience in internal or agency recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to think outside the box when solving hiring challenges.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and embracing new tech.
