Your Role:
This hybrid role combines telesales and administrative support, giving you the opportunity to drive client engagement while ensuring our service delivery runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral partners, and play a vital role in supporting our clinical and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, past clients, and referral networks

Build rapport quickly and communicate the value of our services

Liaise with the appointments team and assist the Business Development Manager with client onboarding

Provide administrative support to the clinical and management teams

Process client information, referrals, and service agreements accurately

Maintain CRM and scheduling systems with up-to-date records

Assist with internal documentation, reporting and compliance tasks

Liaise with third parties such as support coordinators, GPs, and case managers

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or admin support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

A genuine interest in healthcare and allied health services

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/scheduling tools

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
