Our client is a or wholesale distributor of aircraft parts, and they’re seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their small but high-performing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who has a strong work ethic, a pro-active nature and a commitment to customer excellence.

About the Role:
As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key account customers and be their primary point of contact throughout the sales process. You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure they receive a professional and seamless experience, exceeding their expectations, leading to repeat business opportunities.
Within this role you will make regular contact with existing customers by telephone, email and other direct sales activities - it is important that you can demonstrate a proven ability of doing so successfully in your current or previous positions.
Key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
Generating and preparing quotations, proposals and processing customer orders for our customers located throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.
Timely response to telephone, email and web-site requests, orders and queries from Customers
Provide a high-level customer service experience, wherever required
Compile up to date lists of prospective accounts for use as sales leads, based on information from airport directories, industry ads, trade shows, web sites, and other sources to pass onto the General Manager
Answer phone calls, respond to emails and website generated inquiries
Ensure that any commitments to customer’s orders can be delivered within agreed time periods
Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules
Generate orders and print picking slips for warehouse staff
Liaise with customers about prices, order delays, payment and delivery
Keep account activities up to date
Investigate and resolves customer problems
Support Warehouse when required
