We’re looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team and support the flow of new, recycled and customised products through the business. You’ll work closely with suppliers, internal teams and our warehouse to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of inventory and finished products. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, your role will be central help manage purchasing, supplier communication, and inventory planning to ensure operational efficiency and continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customisation processes, including artwork coordination, production schedules, order confirmations, delivery updates and supplier logistics

Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality, order status and freight timelines

Raise and manage purchase orders for local and international suppliers

Liaise with the warehouse on delivery timing and order adjustments

Create and maintain accurate inventory and product records in CIN7

Support production planning, minimum order quantities (MOQs) and stock availability levels

Assist in the preparation of documentation for sales compliance and certifications

Communicate supply updates and changes to delivery times and order adjustments to internal teams

Work cross-functionally with operations and new product development teams

About You:

2+ years' experience in purchasing, logistics or supply chain coordination

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

Proficient in Excel, data analysis and ERP systems (Cin7 experience highly regarded)

Clear written and verbal communication skills, proactive in problem solving

Experience in consumer products, manufacturing or logistics is an advantage

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Clifton Hill, Melbourne headquarters, where our team picks, packs and ships products designed to replace single-use. You’ll be joining a passionate and purpose-driven team committed to great design, sustainability and making a positive impact.
