About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our clinic. This is a front-facing role that involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support to our doctors, nurses, and practice staff.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming patients and visitors with a professional and caring attitude

Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings

Processing Medicare and private billings

Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality

Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow

Supporting other administrative tasks as required

About You

Previous experience in medical reception or a similar customer service role is desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills and familiarity with medical software Best Practice

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
