What You Can Expect

Base salary of $75,000 + Super

Transparent commissions from $2,000 to $18,000+ per month based on performance

Warm inbound leads – no cold calling

Sales Representative are supported by admin team of Logistics and Customer Service.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person sales role where you'll manage a steady flow of inbound customer enquiries – from individuals and families to commercial operators and government buyers.

You’ll own the sales journey from first contact to close, qualifying leads, identifying the right solution, and closing with confidence. With industry demand growing, this is a rare opportunity to hit the ground running with proven products in a booming sector.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs

Managing your pipeline using our proven lead qualification tools

Closing deals and guiding customers through each step of the buying process

Ensuring the showroom remains polished, professional, and welcoming

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after someone sharp, confident, and organised – a natural closer with a customer-first mindset.

Experience in housing sales, modular buildings, automotive, caravans, or similar industries is highly regarded, but we're open to high performers from other sectors.

You’ll bring:

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A self-motivated, proactive approach

Confidence using CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and managing digital sales tools
