🔥 What You'll Do
• Own and lead all marketing and communications initiatives across the businesses
• Develop strategic marketing plans that reflect each business’s tone — from professional and trusted, to bold and innovative
• Be the voice of each business — crafting compelling narratives across digital, print, media, and investor channels
• Champion campaigns and projects from idea through to execution (and analysis)
• Design, write, and deliver — from LinkedIn carousels to pitch decks, newsletters, website pages, and event collateral
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to align brand, tone, and message

🎯 Who You Are
• Hands-on marketer who thrives on execution — but always backed by sharp strategic thinking
• Natural storyteller with a creative edge and strong attention to detail
• Confident in juggling multiple brand voices across different sectors
• Experience in (or understanding of) financial services, professional services, and/or the startup/investment space
• Strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing
• A proactive self-starter — you take initiative and drive projects independently
• Comfortable in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Webflow (or similar tools)
