About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help reshape how Australians experience their homes. Working with our leading European design houses and established global sourcing partnerships, you'll play a key role in building our brands and driving market growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across our diverse brand portfolio

Create compelling brand narratives that resonate with Australian households

Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution

Plan and coordinate marketing activities across our cooking, refrigeration, laundry, and outdoor product categories

Collaborate with retail partners including major chains and independent retailers

Conduct comprehensive marketing research to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape

Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for brand positioning

Work closely with our product development team to launch new ranges

Support our UK market expansion and global growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

3+ years of marketing experience

Experience with brand building and product launches

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics tools

Customer-obsessed mindset with attention to detail
