About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in leading the financial operations of the group. Including overseeing financial reporting, compliance and risk, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices across systems and controls.

• Manage a well-established and growing team
• Drive process optimisation across financial operations
• Lead month end and year end close, financial reporting, tax and compliance
• Mentor the team, grow the team and act as a go-to for finance for our stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
• Be a key player in expanding and scaling the team and operations

About You

You will be a CA or CPA qualified, experienced finance manager within a multi-entity or growth-oriented business. You're confident managing end to end financial operations, love improving systems, and have leadership skills to guide a team through scale and change.

• Proven experience with ERP systems (Netsuite, Xero or similar)
• A proactive approach to process improvement or risk management
• Excellent partnering and stakeholder relationship skills
• Experience in managing finaicla compliance, reporting and audit processes.
• Big 4 trained candidates would be a bonus, not essential.
