Here at IsAlbi, we’re on the look out for a passionate and commercially savvy National Account Manager to be responsible for the servicing, development, and delivery of product ranges (general and exclusive) for existing commercial and major customers.

You are:

You’re a seasoned Account Manager with a passion for building strong, long-lasting relationships and delivering commercial success. You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and are known for your strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to see opportunities others miss.

From first conversation to final delivery, you understand the full sales journey and know how to bring customer visions to life. With a sharp commercial lens and natural leadership style, you’re equally confident analyzing data as you are presenting to executives.

You’ll bring with you:

Proven ability to drive business development and uncover new opportunities

A calm and solutions-focused approach when managing competing priorities or sensitive conversations

A strong ethical compass and professional integrity

Outstanding organizational and time management skills with a laser-sharp eye for detail

A collaborative mindset – able to work autonomously but thrive as part of a high-performing team

Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, with the ability to turn numbers into insights

Strength in account management, ensuring seamless execution, compliance and commercial results

Skilled negotiator with the ability to plan and close commercial deals and deliver compelling presentations

Confident stakeholder manager who can influence at all levels and flex communication style as needed

More about the Role

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Lead effective negotiation and sales strategies to arrive at beneficial contracts and deals with key customers and clients

Be responsible for the overall account sales performance and margins of select accounts

Maintain up to date knowledge of customer price points and product categories, their markets and their competition

Build and maintain relationships with customers to help maximize sales and stay informed of customers direction by analyzing and understanding sales data and product mix

Joint Business Planning (JBP) with priority retailers: lead and manage JBP initiatives with priority retailers to align on mutual goals, strategies, and execution plans

Develop ranges for customers as per their specifications (e.g.: work with Buying teams for customer exclusive ranges)

Identify opportunities to expand attractiveness of offerings and increase revenue within existing accounts

Identify and bring in new business opportunities for national accounts
