About the role

We are seeking Structural Steel Supervisors to join our team at SEQ Rigging in the SouthEast Queensland region. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for Supervising a crew to efficiently and safely Install Structural Steel on construction sites. This is a full-time position, and you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently supervise a crew

Confidently read drawings and assist with set out.

Running the ground to confirm all works are being completed.

Complete status reports daily for management to assist in progress of jobs

What we're looking for

Experience as a Structural Steel Supervisor or have had extensive experience as a Rigger or Boilermaker to step up as a supervisor.

Strong understanding of rigging techniques, equipment and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Effective communication and teamwork skills

HRWL - Basic Rigger, EWP at a minimum or Boilermaker with extensive Structural Steel erection experience

Minimum three contactable references

Must be a permanent resident in Australia to apply

Must be available to start in a reasonable timeframe
