Marketing & Brand Officera
12 month Contract | Full-Time | Location: Geelong | 55.24 p/hr

We are seeking experienced Marketing & Brand Communications Officers for a unique opportunity within a high-impact government-related organisation focused on social good.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing and behaviour change campaigns.
• Ensure brand integrity through governance, compliance monitoring, and creative consistency across digital and offline assets.
• Lead or assist with the development of marketing policies, guidelines, and asset management systems.
• Liaise with suppliers, manage contracts, and handle budgetary and administrative processes.
• Draft accessible written content, coordinate photoshoots, and manage shared marketing resources.
• Conduct campaign and expenditure analysis, as well as desktop research to support strategic improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and/or brand roles, ideally within a government, agency, or not-for-profit context.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for social impact.
• Experience with brand and trademark governance (desirable).
