Position available for a permanent full-time creative Chef with extensive experience is now available at Moonacres Kitchen in & Hearth by Moonacres to continue the work of our much-loved kitchen in our new growth areas.

Do you want to create simple, fresh food using local organic produce from our farm and other local sustainable farms spectacularly well?

Moonacres Kitchen is looking for someone to bring their talent, passion and knowledge to our much-loved Robertson & Bowral cafés.

We are lucky enough to be part of an award-winning certified organic fruit and vegetable farm, and our chef will be part of a team charged with menu planning, and preparing and cooking food from our professional kitchen to allow our incredible fresh produce to shine.

Located in the Southern Highlands, NSW, Robertson & at Ngunungulla Regional Art Gallery in Bowral these are thriving, friendly community surrounded by green rolling hills, and experiences beautiful, distinct seasons due to its cooler climate. The food scene here is on the rise, with foodie tourism proving a substantial part of our clientele.

We are looking for a fulltime qualified Chef who:

· Wants to inspire people to eat well

· Never compromises on taste

· Brings attention to detail and a positive attitude

· Will help build an organised and innovative food business.

We are also looking for a casual /part-time junior chef who wants to learn from experienced hospitality professionals.
