XYZ Dental is growing, and we’re on the lookout for two passionate and capable professionals to join our Chairside and Laboratory Digital Solutions Team.

These roles are integral to our national expansion, giving you a direct hand in modernising dental workflows across Australia.

What You’ll Do
This role blends technical insight, relationship development, and sales. You’ll be the trusted advisor to dental practices and labs navigating to advanced in-practice CAD/CAM technologies. Whether chairside or lab-focused, you’ll work across the full sales and support lifecycle—from consultation to solution design to post-sale training and onboarding.

Present and demonstrate premium CAD/CAM equipment including intraoral scanners, milling machines, and design systems.

Consult on digital workflows and optimised setups for dental practices and laboratories.

Build lasting relationships through trust, education, and service.

Travel to clinics and labs for hands-on demonstrations and ongoing support.

Collaborate closely with internal training and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You
You could be a dental technician, CAD/CAM trainer, or sales pro with a deep understanding of digital workflows. What you have in common is a passion for innovation, a strong customer-first mindset, and a drive to help teams work smarter and deliver better results.

Experience with dental CAD-CAM systems with experience in intraoral scanners, milling machines, and 3D printers being highly desirable

Clinical, technical, or commercial background in dental technology

Confident communicator and problem-solver who can adapt to diverse clinical settings

Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule and targets

Willing to travel and represent our company values with professionalism and integrity

$120K On-Target Earnings (Base + uncapped commission)
