About Us

We are committed to delivering quality services to our NDIS and Aged Care participants, and we're looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Support Worker.

Job Description

Engaging person-centred active support in personal care, domestic assistance, and prepare meal for clients.

Develop and implement engaging programs and assist the client with access to the community.

Utilise your personal experience to provide emotional support, inspire, listen ear and connect to help disabilities and elderly people navigate challenges.

Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Adapt service delivery and support as appropriate to meet participant needs and goals while following the support plan in place while following the support plan in place.

Promote and assist Clients to live an active, healthy and positive lifestyle.

Follow all organisational policies, regulations and procedures.

Any other reasonable duties as required.

Essential Requirements

Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English.

Previous experience working as support worker or similar is preferred.

Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

High level of time management and organisational ability.

Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.

Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.

Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
