The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator to join the Phage WA Program. You will support a team working to develop innovative phage therapies in Western Australia.

This role is critical to ensuring the smooth coordination of research, clinical and manufacturing activities across the program.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Lead and coordinate project management tasks, including grant submissions, ethics approvals and stakeholder engagement.

Work across research and clinical teams to support the development of phage therapy implementation pathways in WA.

Manage budgets, reporting requirements, legal agreements and contracts.

Promote collaboration with national and international partners and contribute to team events and knowledge dissemination.

Ensure compliance with safety, ethical and regulatory standards.

This is a full-time role for one year, with the possibility of an extension.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

Tertiary qualifications and experience in research, project or stakeholder management.

Proven experience in project coordination and administration in a research or healthcare setting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.

A collaborative approach and commitment to equity, inclusion and innovation.
