Retail Site Supervisor – Stratford

Endeavour Petroleum is a successful family business committed to our staff and the communities we work with. We are seeking a confident and experienced site supervisor to join our existing team at our Endeavour site located at 25 Tyers st, Stratford 3862.

A Part-time position can be considered for the right canidate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets

• Inspire and motivate team members and lead by example

• Recruit and train staff

• Ensure the store complies with all company policies and procedures and HSSE safety requirements

• Facilitate efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store including stock control and ordering, managing costs of goods, and completing weekly and monthly reporting

• Deliver high level and professional customer service at all times

• Work closely with the Area Managers to achieve rostering and other cost control methods

• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products

The successful applicant will:

• Have a proven record of successfully leading a team, delivering results and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional store standards

• Have experience in store management

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a customer service focus

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
