We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Spare Parts Store Supervisor to take a leadership role in launching and managing day-to-day store operations.

About the Role:
As second-in-charge to the Spare Parts Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supervising retail operations, driving customer satisfaction, and managing inventory. You'll help establish a high-performing team culture and ensure the store runs smoothly from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily store operations, safety, compliance, and customer experience

· Drive sales performance and support growth of the customer base

· Manage stock levels, purchasing, and inventory accuracy

· Lead and mentor staff to foster a productive, customer-focused environment

· Promote a clean, efficient, and professional workplace

· Build strong relationships with truck owners, fleet operators, and mechanical workshops

What You’ll Bring:

· Experience in automotive or heavy vehicle parts (retail or wholesale)

· Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative

· Solid knowledge of parts sales, stock control, and purchasing

· Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills

· Current Australian Driver’s Licence (required)

· Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)

The Offer:

· Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm + rostered Saturday mornings

· $100K salary + super
