The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team at Niche Holidays Noosa. In this part-time role (or full-time role for the right applicant), you will be responsible for ensuring our holiday homes are maintained to the highest standards, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

· Conduct thorough inspections of our holiday homes before and after guest stays

· Identify any issues or maintenance requirements and communicate these to our Property Care team

· Ensure all properties are clean, well-presented and stocked with necessary amenities

· Liaise with our guests to address any concerns or feedback during their stay

· Assist with preparing properties for new arrivals

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of our housekeeping and property management processes

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in a housekeeping, property management or hospitality role

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with holiday rental properties and the unique requirements of this industry

· Availability to work flexible hours, must be available to work weekends and public holidays

· Current drivers licence
