As a Business Development Coordinator for our marketing department, you will guide clients who have already sustained person injuries through a structured and compassionate qualification process. Your job is not to “sell” in the traditional sense — rather, you are helping injured individuals complete their claim journey toward early intervention and better health recovery.

You’ll be speaking to clients who have expressed interest through our website, social media, or SDR contact. These individuals are already actively seeking answers — your role is to support them, ensure they meet claim criteria, and confidently guide them through the next steps if they qualify.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured conversations, is comfortable using consultative frameworks, and is motivated by helping the right people move forward. The language, tools, and structure are all designed around passion, not persuasion.

What you will be doing

· Maximizing service sales and market share across your territory

· Building and cultivating strategic partnerships with GPs

· Delivering impactful service education and support tailored to healthcare provider needs

· Collaborating on territory and account plans to drive results

· Monitoring KPIs, managing CRM data, and responding to emerging opportunities and competitive activity

· Leverage your relationships and insights to identify and grow key customers

· Join a high-performing team and report to a collaborative, respected manager

· Utilise innovative multichannel solutions to amplify your client impact

· Deliver brand strategy via both face-to-face and virtual channels

What we expect of you

We’re seeking proactive, driven individuals with a passion for science-based sales, account management and brand competitiveness.

· Ideally with minimum one (1) to two (2) years' experience with hospital/Specialty Pharmaceutical sales experience highly regarded

· A background in science or healthcare is preferred but not essential

· Experience in virtual sales or outbound calling is highly regarded

· Confidence engaging in high-trust phone conversations for 5–7 hours daily

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently

· Strong EQ and ability to guide uncertain individuals toward informed decisions

· High attention to process, documentation, and structured call delivery

· Strategic, self-driven approach with strong account development skills

· Confident communicator with excellent tech, CRM, and MS Office proficiency

· Valid Australian work rights and driver’s licence essential

· Experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative looking to join a company with strong leadership and culture

· Alternatively, a high-performing sales professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare/pharma environment

· Proven track record of sales success

· Strategic thinker who thrives on innovation and change

· Highly developed interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset

· Strong attention to detail and professional presence

· Strong technology proficiency. Comfort with virtual engagement/online sales detailing and presenting to customers using a variety of different tools and technologies

· A positive attitude and motivation to learn and succeed
