The Role

Based in our Cockburn office the successful candidate will be part of a small team in a expanding business looking after diverse clientele, ensuring that they receive the best possible customer experience.

Your duties would include (but not limited to) the following.

Mentoring our Level 1 & 2 support team.

Providing and escalation point for the support team.

Researching and recommending solutions for client projects.

Participate in client meetings to discuss your project recommendations.

Executing projects from start to finish.

Assisting other staff members to help meet project deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate

Our Support Team works together with our System Administrators to provide amazing customer service to our clients and to join this team you need to be an energetic person who is passionate not just about IT but about making clients happy.

You should have at a minimum Cert 4 or Degree in a suitable IT qualification and be committed to learning, however experience is what we are after.

The ability to maintain a valid drivers license; as travel to clients sites will be required.

Ability to diagnose hardware faults from workstations to servers.

Network troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VLAN/VPN

Microsoft Windows: Server 2022, 2019, 2016

Microsoft Windows: 11, 10, 7

Microsoft Hyper V

General 365 administration including Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive

Strong expertise in 365 security administration, including Entra ID, DLP and comprehensive knowledge of ISO 27001 compliance requirements across all aspects of 365 management.

Exposure and experience to the following is not essential, but advantageous:

Microsoft SQL Server

VOIP based Phone systems

Mac OS
