About the Role

We’re seeking a Level 3 Technical lead with ITIL and Managed Services exposure. You leading as a subject matter expert to oversee and deliver client-facing projects. You'll manage the full end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery aligned with our standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects using PM framework.

Develop project plans, manage risks, and maintain scope and budget alignment.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients for scheduling, updates, and reporting.

Provide weekly status reports and escalate issues where necessary.

Mentor junior delivery staff and support continuous improvement.

Support technical scoping, costing, and delivery planning.

Skills & Experience

3+ years in technical project management (MSP environment is essential)

PMC, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification

Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and core IT systems (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VOIP, VMware)

Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

Excellent communication, documentation, and organisation
