Role Details:
Join us in vibrant Adelaide CBD as a Data & Information Architect, leading the design of secure, scalable data architecture that drives business insights and supports strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with teams and partners to deliver innovative solutions aligned with DCP's technology strategy and help build an insight-driven organisation.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design and development of DCP's data architecture, modeling it at various levels to support business, security, technology, and information needs.
Design and implement data models, integration, and governance processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
Assess current and future architecture states, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to meet strategic goals.
Develop and manage data dictionaries, taxonomies, and lineage to support data governance and compliance.
Define detailed transition plans that align with our mission and vision, applying architectural thinking to deliver positive business outcomes.
Provide guidance and training to teams on data management best practices and standards.
To be successful:
You'll have proven experience leading the design, implementation, and upkeep of data and information architectures that describe future organisational states and support business transformation. You can confidently develop and apply systems capability strategies to identify and deliver required changes.
Your background includes working with big data, data warehousing, and analytics technologies. You have a track record of leading teams to deliver secure, reliable ICT architecture solutions and providing expert advice on architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
