About the role

Operating 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), your duties as a part-time Dental Receptionist will include but not be limited to:

meeting and greeting patients entering the clinic

managing/overseeing phone & email correspondence

scheduling appointments and handling follow-up communication with patients

processing payments/health insurance claims through our HICAPS system

maintaining accurate patient records and practice databases.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights is essential

Previous Dental Receptionist experience is highly desirable

Bilingualism in Mandarin & English is highly desirable

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Effective communication skills via phone/email & in-person.
