Australia's leading TRT clinic is expanding, and we're in search of a standout individual who can champion our patient-centric approach in the telehealth TRT arena.

Your Role:

• Conduct 10-15 minute phone consultations, discussing symptoms, medical history, and potential treatments with patients
• Discuss treatment in depth with patients - training provided of course
• Prepare detailed progress reports for our Doctors
• Provide top-tier support to our patients
• Evaluate patients by reviewing blood work for TRT suitability
• Answer TRT and health related questions - training provided

What we're after:

• Strong understanding of men's health issues and or testosterone replacement therapy
• Ideally someone with a customer service or sales background
• Willing to learn and develop a deep understanding of TRT
• Happy to be conducting plenty of phone consultations
• Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ethical grounding and patient confidentiality
