Dispensed connects eligible patients with our nurses and prescribing doctors to access cannabinoid-based treatments, delivered directly to their homes. We’re a growing, supportive team that values holistic care and patient wellbeing.

Job Requirements:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Current professional indemnity insurance

A genuine interest in medicinal cannabis and symptom management

Ability to start on a full-time, permanent basis

Ability to work a rotating roster, including occasional Saturdays

Availability for our shift patterns: Morning/Afternoon (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and Afternoon/Evening (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM)

This position requires you to work completely from home. Therefore, you must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace, and stable and fast internet connection.

Your Skills & Experience

Proficiency with digital tools (Google Meet, Slack, Deputy, patient management software)

Fast, accurate typing skills and the ability to multitask

Exceptional attention to detail and clinical documentation skills

Confidence following processes and clinical protocols

Strong interpersonal skills—empathy, active listening, clear communication

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Prior experience in telehealth or remote work (preferred)

Job Responsibilities

You’ll play a critical role in conducting patient assessments, managing consultations, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every patient. You will:

Conduct patient consultations via phone or video, including screening and documentation

Manage follow-up appointments as needed

Collaborate with internal teams such as medical assistants, customer service, and clinical leadership
