About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced chef to work alongside our gentle and highly skilled Executive Chef from Scotland in a busy, dynamic bistro.

Daytime: Café service featuring fresh seafood and a diverse brunch/lunch menu

Evenings: Small plates menu in a more refined bistro setting

This is a hands-on role where your versatility, passion, and creativity will be valued. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, is willing to contribute across all areas of the kitchen and takes pride in their craft.
