A long established health and nutrition company are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our dedicated and friendly team on a full time basis. In this position you will perform key administrative duties with a focus on accounts and customer service.

The role offers plenty of variety with daily duties including:

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Bank, credit card and general ledger account reconciliations

Data entry into MYOB and CRM systems

Submitting financials to ATO

Preparing monthly and year end reports

Keeping accurate records and files

Ad-hoc admin support to the team

To be successful for this position you must possess the following:

Minimum 2 years's experience in an accounts administration role

Exceptional customer service, professional telephone manner and warm interpersonal skills

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, within a team environment

Proficiency in MYOB AccountRight and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Willingness to adapt and grow with the company

Great communication skills and a positive team attitude

Full working rights in Australia mandatory (must be able to provide evidence)
